Sai Bhaji Recipe

       
Sai bhaji is second favourite dish for sindhis which is also served with rice.

Steps To Make Sai Bhaji

Step 1 : Pour some oil in the pressure cooker and heat it well. Then put onion in it and saute it  till they turn light pink or light brown.

 Step 2 : Then add properly washed spinach.

 Step 3 : After that add chana dal and tomatoes. Add salt according to your taste and also add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder.

 Step 4 : Cook it for 15-20 in medium flame, after 2-3 whistles turn off the flame.

 Step 5 : Now the sai bhaji is almost ready. Blend it for 2-3 rounds.

 Step 6 : At last give it a tadka of garlic paste with refined oil.


              Ingredients For Sai Bhaji

A cup of chana daal

2 full hand of spinach

3 chopped tomatoes

2 chopped onion

1 chopped green chilly

1 teaspoon red chilly

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

7-8 cloves garlic

2 tablespoon oil

Salt according to taste
